Pivot shoe

Question

I have older windows, manufacturer unknown. On 4 windows, the pivot shoe is broken.  The window balancers are in good condition.  The markings on the balancers show BSI and 32b and 32c.  I need help finding the correct pivot shoe part. It appears that there is a post from the balancer that attaches to the pivot shoe.  If the part is available, what is the correct procedure to remove and install the new parts...Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The pivot shoe shown here may be the 15-216. You'll have to remove the old one to confirm the specifications match up. If there isn't a cut out in the window track to remove the pivot shoe, you will need to make one as shown in the video below.
