Thanks for writing in! This window balance shoe appears to be a Great Lakes Locking Terminal. To confirm that, I'll need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window channel.

If I am correct, the replacement balances will need to be custom assemblies.

Thanks for the photo. As suspected, this is a 15-197 Black Locking Terminal, so the replacement balances will need to be custom assemblies. I'm happy to forward the quote over to your email, I'll just need to confirm a few details to confirm pricing and availability.

To start, I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel, the length of the channel, as well as the shape of the channel (ribbed vs. plain).

I'll also need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) assemblies.
