Hello, I need to replace this part. My window no longer stays open. As soon as I lift the window it goes right back down

Thanks for reaching out! This coil housing is similar to the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. These are compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance.

I'm not able to make out the stamp on the housing so you'll need to confirm the exact weight of your window sash. Take a look at the tutorial tagged below for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.

The sash is the moveable part of the window, that the balances support.

Hi Jasmine,
The stamp on the coil is 8L see attached picture. Do you have the whole assembly or I will have to get it separately.

You'll need the S180-08 to replace the coil. The bracket reminds me of the 16-031 Mounting Bracket.

All of the parts are sold separately. You will need to assemble the balances once you receive the hardware.
