Pivot shoe

Question

I have a NEWPRO window that needs a couple pivot shoes. As you can see by the attached picture it shows one that the shoe is good and has the spiral balance assemble attend to it. The 2nd picture shoes that the shoe is broken, the part of the shoe where the spiral assembly attaches to is broken. It's cheap plastic.

Hey there. This might be the 15-178 or 15-188 Pivot Shoe, depending on the thickness. You'll need to remove your old one and compare to both to see what matches up. See what you find.
