Hello,

Thanks for posting. You shoe reminds me of the 15-188 Pivot Lock Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications below and compare them.

Be sure to double check the pivot bars, installed on the bottom of the sash, to determine if they might need to be replaced as well. If so, please provide a photo of an undamaged one (removed) and I'll be happy to take a look.
