This is the old version Certainteed brand shoe. They don't make this anymore, and these days only the more modern 15-192 is available.

Now, the 15-192 can still work, but you'll note the alignment lugs on the face. These may interfere with installation if used on the older style window. Be prepared to retrofit it if necessary.
