Pivot shoe

I have an Alside window 973988 double hung.  I need a pivot shoe it's an Alside Excalibur that was installed 2002.  Can you tell from this number the model pivot shoe I need?  Is there anything else I should look replacing with this part?

I'm sorry to say that I have no record of that number. We don't have the ability to access the records of other companies. This is a photo identification service, so we require photos of the part in question at minimum.

In the case of a pivot shoe, we need to see it removed from the window in its entirety. I also need you to measure its width and thickness and write those dimensions out in your response. They are essential, and they must be written. A photo of a tape measure will not be sufficient.

With that data in hand, I can check our inventory for a possible replacement option.
