Pivot shoe

Question

4 windows won't stay up. The pivot shoe is broken and doesn't hold the balance spring. I will need the spring tool also.

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need to see your pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory.
