Pivot shoe

Question

How do you remove a pivot shoe for replacement?  Also I'm not sure of its thickness. It's blue so I assume I should replace it with a blue one. Any suggestions?

From your photo, I recognize the pivot shoe as our 15-015. I also pulled up different ways of removing it from the window track. You can see those media guides in a list on the right side of the page.
