Pivot shoe/ Coil balances?

I am currently trying to fix my bathroom window, I don't know what's broken or how to fix it, I'm pretty sure it's the coil? Yet I do not know what model to buy let alone how to fix it,

Thanks for contacting us! The coil assembly you have here reminds me of the S161-07 Roller-Tilt Assembly. The 16-030 Clear Bracket is used to anchor the coil balance in the channel. To confirm that this the right fit, carefully look over the dimensions below.

It appears the pivot bar has snapped from the bottom of your sash, so you'll need to replace that as well. For this, we suggest using the 26-405 Rounded End Pivot Bar.
