Your balance resembles the S770-28 at first glance. Note that the top installs with a screw.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for the glazing bead shown in your photos. The 55-062 is a similar style but not an exact match. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer a closer match, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
