Your Harvey pivot shoe looks similar to our 15-208. Take a look to see if you agree. I can't give a definitive suggestion for a replacement pivot bar without seeing yours, however, our 26-226 or 26-352 usually go with this shoe. Look over both pivot bar to see if it's compatible with either one of these.
