Pivot shoe for coil balancer

Question

I need some  replacements for several windows. They are coil balancers and are about 20 years old. The coils  look fine but the pivot shoes have broken. Can I buy just the shoes and if so which ones do I need?  Both coils attach on the sides. Please note most of the pictures are of a broken part. One picture shows the complete part installed on the window.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! You'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe to repair your assembly. I know that you said the coils are still in working condition, however, should you decide to replace them, you'll need the Series 190 Coil Balance.

To replace the support, you'd need the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
