Pivot shoe for series 200 tilt window

Question

I need to cut the top of the window side rail to remove the shoe to get a picture uninstalled. Did not want to do that until I identify replacement parts. I need to know which part would work for this window.  I will also need to order re tipped spiral balances.  Thanks for your help

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 15-121 comes to mind, though this is just an educated guess without knowing the thickness and width. You would ultimately have to remove the old pivot shoe and confirm the measurements to determine if this part is a match.

As for the spiral balances, take a look at the 3/8" diameter Series 900 and 5/8" diameter Series 600 depending on the diameter of your tube.
