I would recommend starting by looking over the (5/8") S600 and (3/8") S900 spiral balances depending on the diameter of your housing tube. You'll also need to weigh your sash and follow the chart under the balance product description to choose the corresponding color option.

We should be able to supply a replacement for the pivot shoe as well but we would need you to write out the exact thickness of your part since it's tough to get accurate dimensions from photos. It would also help to see an undamaged shoe from another window so that we can determine the type of center cam that it uses. Thank you!
