Pivot shoe identification.

A quick learner from Sneads Ferry, NC says:
I am in search of the shoe piece here for some windows, as well as the retaining clip for the spiral balance rods. I already purchased the rods from you. The shoe I ordered center carrier for the piece on the bottom of the window to go in was too small. Do you carry anything like this. The shoe is 1/2" thick.
