Pivot shoe identification

Quick Learner from USA
Please check out the attached pictures. I'm seeking to find similar pivot shoes for a double hung, tilt window repair.

The window uses a red spiral balance tube of approximately 30". The diameter of the spiral balance tube is larger than 1/2 inch. The spiral itself terminates in a double cross pin and is 31 and 1/16" long.

The previous pivot shoes have fallen away outside the building, so I can't use them as a measure.

The depth of the channel is approximately 9/16". The width of the channel is approximately 1 5/16" inch. I can't measure the height of the shoe unfortunately without removing the window, which doesn't want to come out.

The window pin goes into a bushing that's light blue in color.

If you could recommend pivot shoes within the dimensions of 9/16s depth and 1 5/16th inch width, I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

Please see our S600-30 spiral balance and 15-015. I highly recommend removing your pivot shoe from the window to get more precise measurements, so that you can confirm that our 15-015 is a match. If you also need a charging tool, consider our 75-006.
