Pivot shoe lock

Question

We are trying to fix a few older spiral balance tilt windows. We need a few pivot shoe locks but non look like mine. These are a little over 2" tall and about an inch wide.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we are not able to identify your pivot shoe while it is still installed. We'll need to start by seeing the shoe removed from the window jamb, as well as having you write out the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory.
