Pivot shoe lock?

I'm not sure how to take this part out or put it back in so any help would be greatly appreciated.i don't know much about the windows as they where installed in the property when I bought it. One of the windows does not stay up and I missing a pivot bar.. which I was able to match up but not sure about the this part. Thank in advance

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but your photo resembles the 15-087 and 15-086. Review the dimensions below to confirm. These are compatible with the Series 180 Coil Springs. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thanks for posting!

Thank you very much. I will look at removing on now that I see how to. This way I can measure correctly and get the correct parts ordered.
