Pivot shoe needed

Hello! I am in need of a pair of pivot shoes for my window. I did not purchase the windows and have no history on what they are and there are no distinguishable markings on the windows. Best I can tell they are American Craftsman by Anderson from Home Depot.

I THINK that I need the CertainTeed Pivot Shoe (you can see half has broken off in the attached photos). The only thing that has me questioning this is that the cam in my photo looks oval shaped and the one in your catalog looks perfectly round.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

We believe our Certainteed pivot shoe, 15-192, should work for your balance system. This shoe comes with face aligners that centers the shoe in the track. If you want, you can smooth them out a little and file them down a bit.I don't believe our round shape center cam will be an issue for your Certainteed  pivot bars.
