Pivot shoe replacement

A quick learner from Pooler says:
The windows I have are original in the house built 18 years ago. I have no identifying marks or labels to go off of. I have tried to order multiple variants of shoes, always to get the wrong one.

The closest ones I have found were 3/8" thick and roughly the same size, however, the receiver hole for the pivot pin that stick off the window was too small.

Also, the ones I have found everywhere do not have the "hooked" style of metal retainer where the spiral balance rod hooks too. Everything I am finding now seems to be flat.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

The pivot shoe you have been using is no longer available and has since been replaced with one like our 15-134. Take a look and see if the measurements match up with yours. As far as your pivot cam, you are correct in stating that it's small and you will also need to replace a pivot bar like our 26-297
