Pivot shoe replacement

A handy person from HArrisbug PA says:

I have a few windows that have the cracked or broken Pivot shoes on both ends of the jambs. The coil/spring is fine but the plastic shoe is broken. I am not sure the make or model of the windows. Any suggestions?
