Pivot shoe replacement

Trying to determine which pivot shoe I need. On side of window there appear to be 2 coils and a pivot shoe. Picture attached

Hello,
The pivot shoe you have spears to be our 15-175, which is used with Series 152 coil springs. We also pulled up some media guides to help you. Thank you!
