Pivot shoe replacement

A home owner from Woodstock, ON, Canada says:
November 30, 2020

Old double hung vinyl windows. Canadian? window manufacturer unknown.

Pivot shoe dimensions: 2 1/8"h x 1 1/4"w x 9/16" (17/32"?)d

Track dimension: 1 3/8"w x 9/16"d

Has curved metal hook for attaching twist spring.

Your part 15-118 or 15-121 as replacement? Your recommendation appreciated. Will need to replace 16 pivot shoes as the plastic is cracking on all windows and breaking apart. Thanks. Andy

Both the 15-121 and 15-118 are the same size, according to their manufacturers, but according to my micrometer it's more precisely .580" thick. The 15-121 is .590" thick. I believe this is because the brake pad on the 15-121 gives it just that hair extra thickness. You may want to get a more precise measuring implement to confirm the better match if you think that .010" is going to be a big factor. Between you and me, it may not be.
