Hi,

I have the Conserver series T 55 model windows and need a replacement pivot shoe. I see you carry some for the 600 series. Would that be a compatible replacement.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of the hardware used in your particular window. There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see the original pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the width and thickness of the shoe. Thank you!

Hi,

Attached is a picture of the pivot shoe. It is 2"H, 1 1/4"W, 5/8"D. I also would like to replace the spiral balance with red tip which is 25". THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-048 shown below.

This pivot shoe is often used with the S600 spiral balance but you would need to ensure that the 5/8" diameter housing tube matches your assembly. If so, you would need S600-25 balances with red tip options.
