Pivot shoe replacement

Please advice me as of what model can I get to replace the pivot shoe and coil from the attach picture. This window is double hung from American craftsman or Argon. Thank you.

The pivot shoe can be replaced with the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. This housing uses the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since it is stamped with an 8, you'll need the S180-08.

The clear bracket, anchoring the coil, can be replaced with the 16-031 Mounting Bracket.
