Pivot shoe replacement part

I think it might be called a pivot shoe. It's the metal arm that secures the the bottom of the single hung sash. It also can rotate to allow the tilt out feature of the sash for cleaning. There is a part number on it 12310. And a 20 on the other side and an H. I'm open to having the same part in a different stronger material. They keep failing right at the first screw port
