Hello, Unfortunately, the manufacturer that made your shoe has gone out of business but we usually suggest our 15-118 as a replacement. Take a look and see if this could work for you as well. Keep in mind that the part in your photo appears to have deteriorated quite a but so it will be hard to get reliable dimensions. For your balance, we would need to see a photo of your balance removed from the window, as well as confirm the diameter of the tube, to recommend a possible replacement. If you think you know the correct replacement and are just stumped on the tip color, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the product description on the balance page to choose the correct color option.
