Pivot shoe and spiral balancer

A handy person from Greensboro says:

The shoe is approx 2 in by 5/8 In by 1 1/8. The spiral spring is 28 inches long and the diameter of it was around 7/16. These windows are vinyl from 2001. Can't figure out manufacturer. Looking for replacement parts and prices.

Hm... You didn't give dimensions (width and thickness) of the pivot shoe, so it's hard to say. Look at our 15-178 and 15-188 as a possible match. We included some media guides to further help you, and they should be visible on the right side of this page.
