Pivot shoes

Question

2 1/16" Tall 1" wide 9 1/16 - 5/8 thick this look like the same shoe for another window in my unit but one has 2 balances and the other has one. Can the same shoe work on both? What part do you recommend.

Hi Joe, thanks for posting. I'm afraid I need a little more information. Could you show the pivot shoe removed from the window? And double-check the dimensions? This will let us narrow down a possible replacement. As for whether or not you can use the same shoe: yes, it's possible it's the same shoe in your other window, as the pivot shoe could certainly support more than one balance. But best to identify to be safe. Thanks!
