Pivot shoes?

Question

I have Simonton 5000 windows from 2017.  I have what I think is a pivot shoe broken.  Can you tell by the picture what the part number is that I need?

Hi there!

We don't sell this pivot shoe but we do have the 15-228 which is similar. This part is designed to use the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. You'll have to check an old spring for a stamped weight code.
