Pivot shoes

Hello, again. I am the designated window repairman for our company; lucky me. As one of the included pictures indicates, I need a pivot shoe for a tilt window with spiral balances that is .5" thick AND 1" wide. It seems the thickness affects the locking of the tilt window pivot shoe. Can you find a solution? Thanks. -Christopher
