Paul from SWISCO responded:
I believe you have a Carefree tilt window, which uses a 1" wide by 3/8" thick pivot shoe. The original pivot shoe is no longer available, so we suggest the 15-134 pivot shoe as a replacement, along with the 26-297 pivot bar.
A home owner from Cuba Missouri says:
hello how would you recommend taking out the shoes? The windows are approximately 15 years old. Do you sell the window stops? would the spreader help?
Thank You
Denise

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your vinyl windows, being this old, might be too brittle to use the spreader. See our video (on the right side of the page) on the cut-out method for pivot shoes.

We don't have this style window stop, though. You only need one stop per sash to work for your windows, so you should be okay for now with just one.
