Pivot shoes for Willmar double hung tilt vinyl windows

I need pivot shoes for 3 Willmar double hung tilt vinyl windows which were installed in my home in Plymouth, MI in 2001. The windows have identification numbers of VS0001 and 031401-01. The pivot shoes appear to be damaged, particularly the metal cams, so that the upper sashes don

Thanks for contacting us. Based on your photo, it looks like our 15-188 might work. This is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. Please compare it to yours to confirm.
