Pivot shoes for double hung windows

A quick learner from Hawaii says:

The Springs have broke on my double hung windows and I'm not sure of the part number, but I've attached a photo...I hope you can help!!

We sure can. Your pivot shoe looks like a good match for our 15-228 but you'll want to remove yours from the window and compare the dimensions to confirm this matches up to your old part. This shoe is also compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 and 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs so you'll need to measure your old coils to determine which one will be best for your window.
