Pivot shoes and coils

Thanks for writing in! I'm not familiar with the stamp on your coil but there is a likelihood we can provide you with a replacement. I'll need to see a photo of the coil as well as the other compatible hardware (like the pivot shoe), removed from the window to identify the replacements you need. 

It would also be a good idea to confirm the exact weight of the sash that the coils support.
