Hi, I have a double-hung tilt-in window with old cranky spring channel balances (34D) that I'm replacing. I also want to replace the old pivot shoes, but they're very narrow (same width as the channel balances, 9/16") and I can't seem to find pivot shoes that narrow. Can you help?

Here are pics of the pivot shoe and channel balance. They're both stuck. I tried various hook tools, but cannot find a way to disconnect the cord & terminal clip, therefore I cannot remove the pivot shoe or channel balance, so I can't do a better inspection of what's wrong. Thank you for your help!

Thank you kindly for the additional photos. Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the pivot shoe or channel balance shown here. I'm afraid your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
