Pivot window shoe needed

I can't find this part and I'm not sure if it's left out right. I put it together two different ways so you can see the front and back so please help.

Thanks for writing in. This looks to be a match for our 15-175 pivot shoe, which works with the series 152 coil springs. The housing would include our 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. Let me know if you have any further questions.
