Pivot with balance spring for upper window on double hung vinyl window with tilt function.

Need a replacement for pictured pivot.
No identifying labels on these windows anywhere that I could find.

Thanks for writing in! Your balance shoe can be replaced with the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. The coils are anchored to the window track using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and 15-182 Coil Bushing.

To determine the correct coils for your assemblies, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the existing ones. If yours do not have stamps or they're hard to read, please see the video tutorial below.
