Pivot and spring

Question

I have pivot 15-192 listed to notify me when parts are available. My question is do I need a tool to remove the pivot and spring assembly? Do you have the tool available to remove and install the pivot/spring assembly? Thank you.

Hello,

No tools should be necessary to remove your hardware since you already have a cut out in the jamb liner, which I can see in your photos. It can be tough to remove multiple coils and you may want to make the cut out a little bigger but you will definitely be able to remove them.
