We'd be happy to help but to identify your coil balance, we would need to see the coils inside the housing and the pivot shoe they attach to removed from the window. We'll relate a few videos to assist you.
As for the pivot bar, the best match will depend on the hole center placement. Yours looks to be 1-3/8" from the center of the hole to the tip, but I can't be 100% sure based on just a ruler. If it is, then you could use our 26-021.
