To further review, are you able to provide a top down view of the pivot bar? At first sight, it reminds me of the 26-426. Take and compare dimensions to see what you think!

Unfortunately we cannot assist with a new sash or the framing itself.

For new balances, we will need to see the original style in the window channel. From there we can determine what type the window uses. Thank you!
