Take a look at our 26-446 pivot bar and 15-175 pivot shoe. Look over the dimensions for each and compare them to yours to see if these match your original hardware.

I will verify. If I don't need the leg that sticks up on the pivot bar how do I deal with that?

I'm not sure what you mean, your pivot par resembles our 26-446 which indeed has a leg. Do the pictures and specifications on the 26-446's store page match up to yours?
