Pix of my patio door handle

Question

This hardware is heavy duty. Weighs much more than what I might get at Lowes.
I hope this helps.
The doors are 120" high - a 4 panel and a 2 panel.
Standard 6 5/8" between mounting screws.
Overall length 7 1/4"

I'm just concerned about the part in general. The extra hook
and the dummy set are secondary
I need 5 replacement sets and one dummy set.
