Hello, Mark. It looks like from your photos that you're looking for a new operator and hinge. Unfortunately, I can't see enough of it to narrow down the list of possibilities. Can you show me a clearer picture that shows the entire arm configuration? That will allow me to find a good match in our inventory.
For the hinge, can you tell me the length of the base track? That's what screws into the sill or header, as the case may be.

For the hinge, I suggest the 36-048. This won't be identical to your original but it should still work as long as you make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time. No retrofitting should be required, but in an oddball, worst case scenario, you should be prepared to drill new holes just in case. I'll share a video on how these can be replaced, which you can see below.
As for the operator, my top suggestion is the 39-032. This should be an identical replacement for your original but make sure to check our arm measurements before you buy anything. There are other sizes available, so if yours differs just let me know and I'll see what else is available.
