Pizzi. Window hardware

The windows were installed 2001. I can not find any batch numbers or identifying marks. I need 2 assemblies a right hand and left hand. I also need the mechanism that is inside the verticle window million that connect and controls the 2 hooks that engage with the window jam to pull the operating sash when the lever is engaged

If you have instruction on how to change the hardware that is inside mullion that would be great. Looks like a very difficult repair to get inside. Replacing the components show simple. Hope this makes sense. Hope to here something soon. Thank you. Gerry Z
