PlPCI Closet Roller

Hi ... I recently installed your Swisco concave roller tracks and am very happy with them. However... the roller I am using PLPCI N 6817 does not work well and breaks very easily. Do you have a better quality concave roller you can recommend? Thanks so much!

Hello! Your roller appears to match our 23-086. Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn't really make a stronger version of this assembly. The only other version they make is the 23-070, but that uses a convex wheel. They're otherwise identical.

That said, these rollers should last a long time. I've never heard any complaints about their quality before. Can you explain exactly how and why they're breaking?
