Placing sash back in the 15-015 pivot

Question

I assume the cam in this unit can be turned with a screw driver 90 degrees to allow the pivot to be locked in place and allow the sash to be installed parallel to the floor, and then pushed up into the window frame?

Thanks for posting! Usually, the cams are already turned in the appropriate position when you take the sash out the first time. If for whatever reason they aren't, then you can, indeed, use a screwdriver. Take a look at this video below to see how this kind of pivot shoe accepts the sash.
