Wheel O.D. Is 2", width is ≈7/16". The assembly bodies seem much simpler than most of what task carry. I think the door is from the 50's.

Also, the left one sits horizontal and has 1 mounting screw and 1 (leveling?) other screw that doesn't go into the assembly, just presses it. The left one has 1 screw on 2 faces. The right one sits vertically and has 2 screws that are both on the same face and enter the assembly.

Unforutnately, we were not able to locate an exact match to your patio door roller. However, take a look at the 81-237 nylon wheel and 81-310 axle kit. It is 1-11/16 in diameter and a width of 3/8". Take a look and see if you could use your original housing with a new wheel.
