Planter box window with stripped crank.

Handy Person from North Royalton, Ohio
I have planter box window in my kitchen that has a crank to open the top. The threads on the crank that keep it in the mechanism are stripped and the window does not open. The arm looks to be about 9" long. I have used your services to identify a replacement for an old Hurd casement window crank recently and was impressed with your ability to recommend a replacement that fit perfectly.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement or alternative for the operator assembly shown here. We have seen it several times in the past but we weren't able to track down a good match. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
